My work is the art of forging human betterment.

My work is the art.iculation of drawing out courage, strength, beauty, and grace; so they can be seen, felt, and known. They are the ingredients for an uncommon beautiful life.

Influenced by my life as a mindfulness instructor, clinical therapist, addiction recovery specialist, mother (now grandmother), minimalist, mountain climber, adventurer, and a hot mess of a beautiful human, I welcome you to Live More Studio.
